Team Registration Form


Registration for the Fall 2019 season is open until August 13th at indoor and August 18th online. Season will start around August 29th.


REMINDER:

Soccer Indoors will only honor ONE day your team cannot play!

If you are requesting date exceptions, they MUST be on the registration form. If you email them after you register, they may not be honored.


The Fall season is when the Age Group shift happened, so MAKE SURE you register for the correct division.

Registration for the Summer 2018 season is open to Youth and Adult teams until June 15th at the facility and June 20th online. The Summer season will start on July 6th.

VERIFY YOUR TEAMS PROPER AGE GROUP ON THE YOUTH AGE CHART.

Youth teams will only be allowed a total of 13 players per team on the roster.

TEAM FEES: $490.00 ADULT TEAM; $475.00 YOUTH TEAM

ALL NEWLY REGISTERED TEAMS ARE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT TEAM FEE IN FULL AT TIME OF REGISTRATION.

THERE IS A $75 LATE FEE IF YOUR TEAM FEE IS NOT PAID IN FULL BY THE END OF THE 1ST GAME, NOT THE BEGINNING OF THE 2ND!!! IF YOUR TEAM FEE IS NOT PAID IN FULL BY THE 1st GAME, THERE WILL BE A $75 LATE FEE ADDED AFTER EACH GAME THE FEE IS NOT PAID. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.

Soccer Indoors may be rented at a rate of $80.00 per hour, if interested, please contact Soccer Indoors.

Team fee is to be paid by team captain in one full payment to Soccer Indoors, multiple payments of team fee will no longer be accepted.

Exisiting Team Registration is not complete until your non-refundable $50 deposit is mailed to Soccer Indoors. If you do not mail in your deposit, your team will be dropped prior to the start of the season. (an existing team is one that played in the previous season)

New teams and teams who didnt play the previous season must submit payment in full at time of registration.

Information for the Captains

Soccer Indoors has the final decision regarding team divisions and game times.

Game Times
6:00pm-11:00pm Monday - Friday
8:00am-11:00pm Saturday
1:00pm-11:00pm Sunday

Game Times by League:

Women's - 6:00pm - 9:20pm; COED - 6:00pm - 10:10pm; Men's - Any open time between 6:00pm - 11:00pm. During Youth Season: Adult Teams may be scheduled to play as early as 4:20pm and 5:10pm.

Youth - 8:00am - 7:40pm Saturday; 1:00pm - 7:40pm Sunday; 6:00pm - 7:40pm Monday - Friday. Older Youth Divisions (U10 and Above) may be scheduled for the 8:30pm games depending on necessity of the schedule.

By submitting a team registration form, you agree to play within the times as stated above.

Soccer Indoors will only honor ONE DAY of the week a team cannot play on. We do not honor specified time slots or more than one day you cannot play. If you list more than one day, the first day listed will be honored.

Games will not be rescheduled unless cancelled by Soccer Indoors due to weather or other circumstances.

TO ALL TEAMS: ALL ROSTERS MUST BE TURNED IN BY THE BEGINNING OF THE THIRD GAME. PLAYERS CAN BE ADDED UP TO THE 3RD GAME, TO ADD SOMEONE TO YOUR TEAM AFTER THE 3RD GAME SOMEONE HAS TO BE REMOVED FOR THE REST OF THE SEASON!!

You may only submit an add/drop form three times in a season, any more than three must be approved by the managment of Soccer Indoors. You may not use add/drop if you have not submitted a roster by the beginning of the 3rd game. Any player playing for your team after the third game that is not on your roster, that game will be forfeited. After the 4th game, you cannot submit an add/drop form.

A player roster (only the linked roster will be accepted) is now required at the time of team registration. Email a list of players that will be on your team the same day you register to marianne@soccerindoorslubbock.com. Include the team name, coach's name and division in the email.
